New to the refrigeration game, I haven't even looked at one of these things since school. That was 12 years ago. I am installing a walk in freezer and I would like to know what you guys are setting them at and controlling them with. Are we still using low pressure controls and pumping these things down, or has technology got something better? If so what are we setting them at?
