You guys seemed a little bored. So I thought we try something to get your brains a-workin.

What is this tool used for? If you know for sure please don't post. If you have an educated guess please post that.

The correct answer tomorrow.

If anyone else has any weird tools hanging around post a picture here and see who can identify them.

Actually

It is called a hydrometer. And yes is it used for measuring the specific gravity of a liquid. As old as bigbirds is, I would say that he got that out of a saloon when they used that to determine the % of alcohol bought from a supplier.
Bigbird is a bootlegger. Busted:D

Ear bender. Cake for those who have made thousands and thousands of ears manually. It's been a long time, lets see if I can remember. The picture is misleading since I can only see one handle.

1. slide the duct into the slot
2. pull top handle up and over
3. pull second handle up and over
4. shake duct and pull out and away from contraption.
5. flip over and repeat
