Trane vs JCI

Hope this doesn't open too big of a can of worms!! Has anybody worked for Trane and JCI as a Controls Tech, and which seemed to be the better company?

That is a big can of worms but Trane by far!!!
All depends on the office and staff, any place can be a nightmare with out good people.

Same thing, different software.

Trane has locally owned shops (from what I've seen), which means small business feel with big Trane backing. JCI is just big business. Everyone is just a number. I'm friends with several of the Trane guy's in my area....that's where I'll go when my blue number comes up. ;)

Hey freddy, I switched jobs about 2 months ago and went to the local trane office doing contracting controls, I used to work for a mechanical contractor doing tridium in a few different flavors.
You probably remember, You got my out of a few jams here and there.
I like it so far,but It's different working for a bigger company.
