Working on intergrating JCI FEC controllors into Trane BCU using Polar Soft Router. Looking for the multistate values for the JCI FEC contollors? Example does 1=occuppied 2=unnoccupied

We are ABCS and I worked for Trane before with BCU and I can confirm that the JCI implementation of Bacnet is very well behaved...my best guess is that you are doing something wrong with the BCU....or it is simply the BCU.
...good luck downloading anything from the mothership

...Bacnet wont work...I wonder why? ... designed by a committee perhaps?

...mind you, Tranes version of LON is a long way from every body else's too.

I love how the original poster simply asks what each value for a point would mean, and everyone goes off about how the BCU sucks. All he wants to know is if 1 = occupied 2 = unoccupied etc, in JCI world.

he never claimed JCI or Trane controls were doing anything wrong. He just needs to multistate value descriptions.

...and he got a link to the public document which, he could have found with a bit of research.

... Working on the graphic part now with mother ship Trane. We are having some diffuclties with this. Especially with JCI controllers.
...I wonder why it still isnt working yet?

I have found my answers to my question. No thanks to the arrogance of control people like MatrixTransform. For his info the problem I was having isn't with Trane it is with JCI unwillings to share information, the public link wasn't the info I was looking for but I did appreciate the effort by Amigo. I have successfully brought 30 JCI FEC (RS485) controllers into a Trane BCU. Note the reason we did this is the customer couldn't stand the attitude of the JCI techinicains. So they paid me to eliminate the need for them!
