Trane men-
Maybe you can help me.
I have an SAHFC RTU with the Statitrac option that has alarms coming up such as "Exhaust fan failure"" Static PSI failure", and also"supply air sensor failure" codes coming up on the human interface control.
I have a good AI input from the sensor, as well as a good RA temp and hum sensor, and a good OD air and hum reading as well.
The 100% exhaust does not cycle on and my bldg. static is high.
I suspect the ECEM board is bad, but do not want to condemn an expensive part until I know the Troof.
There is no seperate OD damper/actuator here, only an actuator that has a linkage that opens the OD air as the return air recirc closes.
There is no end switch in the damper actuator to enable the exhaust.
I get an input of .350 vdc to the ECEM board from the static transducer, and 0 output as a reference to the exhaust fan VFD.
Any advice is appreciated.
Thanks.
