That's the Ford Transit Connect. It's a goofy little thing, isn't it? Ford has a Sprinter like van overseas that is rumored to be coming here. We'll see, I may have to buy a new van before that happens.

You could sell the hell out rock hard grinders or greasy tacos in that baby.
If the economy keeps spiralling into the abyss....it might just come to that...though finding customers might be a little hard.

The 3 wheeler is rated at 40mph, and the only reason the 4 wheel one is rated at 25, is because of our stupid laws. Its also one of the reasons why China is way ahead when it come to electric vehicles.

I'm seriously considering getting the three wheeler for doing local appliance repair. But I would change the AGM batteries to Lithiums, and increase the range to 100.

Some friends know a few people who have the 3 wheeler and love it.

Seen their picture of them and the car, looks nice.

why not just convert your car to electric power? I was watching a show where they did a 6? Camaro for Anthony Kiedis from the Chilli Peppers, and man that thing was sweet, and hauled @$$

with a 1600lb payload, I hope you guys do really light service...

My tools must come close to 25% of the total hauling potential.

Is anybody driving the Ford Transit for a service truck? We have Sprinters and Full size GM's . We were thinking about buying one, but they won't be availbale in Canada until this summer

I work mostly stationary now. The Bean counters at work were going to put us in Golf carts. The salesman brought one to our shop, loaded it off the trailer. He went to get a Bean counter, we pulled a service van up beside it and loaded as many tools on it as it would hold, threw cardboard on top and put our ladders up there, frame was almost on the ground. Think the salesman turned green when he got back. :D
