Hi,
I am new here.
I am trying to figure out if there is any refrigerator repair professionals that service the Maple Valley, WA area that can diagnose and repair this fridge if it is a sealed system problem.
If it is a sealed system problem, is it even repairable, or even worth repairing?
It is a Samsung 4 Door French Door (RF32FMQDBSR/AA) - The Refrigerator section is not cooling properly (57 Degrees) / the Freezer is Working
Model Number: RF32FMQDBSRAA
Brand: Samsung
Age: December 2015 manufacture date
Refrigerant is: R134 in both the freezer and refrigerator
About the problem:
THIS INFO IS FYI, I AM NOT ASKING FOR DIY HELP.
No ice, and no frost at all on the fridge evaporator.
fan at bottom back panel by compressors - Spins
Checked compressor - Both compressors in the back of the unit seem to be getting warm about the same.
computer in self diagnosis. mode – no error codes on display
Circuit boards on back of machine both display a steady red light
