Could you explain? Are you referring to the the units available condenser space?

Yes pump down. I have only dealt with R-22 units that I see a pump down on. Haven’t seen a 410A System yet with a pump down. But wondering on both.

I am wondering more for larger tonnage units that have reciprocating compressor with pressure unloading cylinders.

What type of compressor scroll or recip? Scroll wouldn't have any. Recip 35 with 20ld diff.

Why would that be? I have done a lot ever since they have been on the market. And that even includes when Cope did not put in an internal check valve in the Scroll and I had to install an external check valve. That was way back when the Scroll 1st came out.
