I have a location that has inherited a bad relationship with Siemens, they have Insight and are looking for a new contractor to manage their BMS. Any referrals? Please pm me.

Siemens is very territorial with regards to who is allowed to sell and where. If you want to maintain the site you may need to either mend the fences or find out who the regional supervisor is and see if (s)he will allow you to bend the rules.

After that, it's either a sharp learning curve ahead or you will need to find someone with prior experience.

If you look up the number online for the Buffalo Grove HQ I'm sure they can direct you to the best person to talk to.

Good luck!

I just want remote assistance from someone already doing it. If that cant be done, im switching the entire bms out to something else, by that I mean someone I hire.

Your best bet might be to call around and see if any other vendors may be able to help you manage the system. Unfortunately you are locked in to Siemens for true product support, but there are plenty of former Siemens techs out there working for other vendors.

You might want to consider hiring an owners agent familiar with Siemens and various BMS systems to manage the Siemens relationship.

Siemens is generally a good company, so a 3rd party might be able to contact appropriate people (possibly above the local office) to get the correct response.
