Can you buy the manuals anywhere for this machine, we have the peh 063 compressor. any help would be great.
Its my time of the month and YOUR the padOr maybe the time of the month.![]()
I wonder what ever happened to the guy with the suspect o-rings.![]()
Hey chiller32, you misunderstood my post, and I'm sorry for that. I dont give info any more than you do. I was saying that IF THEY HANDED OUT MANUALS THE SCENERIO I DESCRIBED WOULD OCCUR.Nice way to teach people how to rip off the factory. Your a regular thief! Its replies like this that prove my point about not giving out info to people not trained. Your teaching people how to NOT take responiblity for their actions and instead make the factory pay for their mistakes!
chiller 32 look at your response, you will find nothing more than anger in your writing. You think everbody is a retard. The company i work for will not employ people like you with your i am better than every person on this earth. I bet you are a maint man in real life.Well since you want to make it personal. Only a Retard would come to this forum to get information on how to repair or troubleshoot a chiller. First off anybody on this web fourm requesting Copyrighted material from another member could get both parites and the fourm host in alot of trouble if any one wanted to make a real stink. Second your customer probably thinks your an "expert chiller tech". I would love to here how you came up with the unit only has oil return problems "from 85 to 100 capacity". I also seen in one of your replys that if the chiller crash and because you can't get the rebuild manual your going to sell the customer a new chiller. Nice that employer you work for! won't spend the money to train you properly instead you two are going to rip off a customer and sell them a new chiller they may not need all becuase YOU can't overhaul the compressor.
Not so sure everyone makes a good chiller. I just did HVACR maintenance back in the 70's and now I'm a mechanical engineer. Taking pressure, temperature, pumping, vacuuming R-12 chillers was anything a monkey could do(it's kinda of funny -- I did the same measurement testing in engineering school....lol). You don't need licensing to work under the umbrella of a Fortune 500 company -- in fact, I got paid a lot more for being a monkey maintenance man for a Fortune 500 company, than being a service rep for Carrier, York, Trane, etc.
Even today, Carrier (a small division of United Technologies), former York, & Trane, and ASHRAE are plebian corporate entities. Johnson Controls(who is nothing more than a subcontractor to Fortune 50 companies, is small potatoes.
As a top engineer, I only got offers from GE, General Motors, Siemens, & NASA, in engineering mgmt (For instance, I can prove I was offered an engineering mgmt position with the largest corporation in the world) -- the players in the HVACR industry never had a prayer to recruit top talent, and probably never will.
Hopefully that will change.
And honestly, if I put my mind to it, I would run circles over the both of you (might take me longer to diagnose & fix) -- Do the both of you have any Fortune 500 experience as a HVACR technician? Do you have an Associate in Applied Science? are you a Mechanical Engineer?
You think becuase you were a maintenance man for a fortune 500 company and the fact that you have an Associate degree that you can run circles around people on this forum! well You just won the prize for Dumbass of the year! I have never herd anybody on this forum brag as hard as you just did. Un freakin real ! <--- college boy thinks hes smart
LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL <--- My 19 year old son in HVAC trades school is smarter then YOU! He at lest knows when to keep his pie hole shut!
I am sorry for my mistake!Hey chiller32, you misunderstood my post, and I'm sorry for that. I dont give info any more than you do. I was saying that IF THEY HANDED OUT MANUALS THE SCENERIO I DESCRIBED WOULD OCCUR.
you did not really reply to my post you just changed the point nice way to avoid the true. As for working for your company they already have enough retards without mechiller 32 look at your response, you will find nothing more than anger in your writing. You think everbody is a retard. listen young man before you post to a thread think about what your saying try not to act like a kid that thinks his father is the best thing ever. There are many a tech here ( spelling or not ) that would make YOUR dad look like a fool so don't hold him to a standard that he can not meet.Hey guys, I 'm new here, and to the hvac field. I was hoping to learn interesting things from the experts on this site, but all I learned was that after years of technical training, most of you still can't spell, use proper punctuation, or grasp the concept of quotation. I also noticed that several of you have the demeanor of some of the local "retards" I have worked with in the past.
Now I don't claim to be a great speller(or a great anything for that matter), but if I was on here pulling the old holier than thou routine, and pretending to know more than is humanly possible about simple machinery, I would be damn sure to at least hit the old spell checker, just to insure that all the folks I am trying to BS, can take me seriously, because if you can't spell, or don't know the difference between "here and hear" or can't follow a thread long enough to know who said what, I can not take you seriously no matter how much smoke you puff.
Techs? I think not. Retards? I think so
Guess I'll have to spend more time with my dad, who by the way, knows more about everything, than all of you wannabe techs combined.
You give this place a bad name, I feel bad for the sponsors, I bet they would break their contracts if they read this thread.
Fools...
Apology accepted.I am sorry for my mistake!
I was where your were at 30 years ago, but making more money.
Actually i'm a tool monkey like you.
I'd just like to see you criticize other people's comments in a more neutral tone.
I'm sure if I had your attitude, I would still be a tool monkey.
In addition, neither your son or you are licensed in HVACR or Engineering like I am -- you're a dependant employee with little or no education right?
Your not a tool monkey your just a tool! as for little or no education again your a stupid half wit! most if not all of the Tech's here have way more education then any 2 or 4 year college grad will ever have. You just point out how little knowledge you have when its comes to HVAC techs. All of the good tech's go to school every year upgrading their education so a long term Chiller tech might have 30 plus years of trainning aside from field work. Your silly ass 2 or 4 year degree can't even come close. Go back to college for the
next 10 years and you might be able to hang with my son! sounds like it will take you that long to learn to shut your pie hole! I could be wrong it might take you longer!![]()

Geeze, get over yourself. Why do you condesend in with the low lifes. A person with your stature and education surely wouldn't want to be seen here with the low life "technicians". Now go crawl back under your rock!!
Several of your posts portray a completely different attitude. Might think before hitting Post Reply in the future.Hey -- I'm a tool monkey too with feelings...lol.
Once a technician, always a technician -- I definately ain't no better than anyone on this site![]()
I should say I was a technician -- I'm slow as chiat now...LOL, but I can still get it done.
Chiller is alright -- we all are here to learn -- I know I am![]()
