Laptop, cross over cable and IE is all you need.

I appreciate the help but i've tried connecting to this controller over a browser. No dice. I know the IP address and instance number but have no way to change them.

This manual is for a chiller controller and looks like the newer Carel style. This is not what i'm working with.
