I have an lg bacnet gateway that was recently replaced. I can discover majority of points through Niagara. however, there are 7 units where the points are not showing up in the discovery process. Has anyone ever ran into this issue?

Yes. If the LG gateway wasn't fully commissioned properly you will encounter issues during points discovery.
