Looking at the rust marks- it used to be centered and square. Then it gets hit by a box truck, or whatever, and out comes the 'ol bailing wire. Wow.

Not sure I would touch it before re-securing everything. Too much liability for the last guy with hands on it. Just imagine if it fell on someone and killed them.

BINGO!! i'd tell the customer that first I will have to secure the unit and then I will service it.. all at their expense
