Lowest bidder won the job. T H is not in the city, I don't know how they call in inspection. This is just lack of common sense.

I always had to fight my manager at the last place I worked. he'd sell replacements with no regard for venting, and usually didn't understand why we had to run all new vent on some of his jobs.
