Gurgling Noise from Condensate Drain

I live in a one-bedroom apartment with a central HVAC system, its a ClimateMaster GR water-source heat pump. I believe it was installed in or around 2005. Last summer, we started hearing a loud gurgling noise that appears to be coming out of the condensate drain line. It comes and goes, but once it got colder, the noise went away.
This summer, its back and getting worse.. the noise is not always there, but lately it feels like its on 75% of the time.
I have tried to unclog/clear the drain line (which has an accessible vent), by 1) Using my vacuum cleaner on it and draining water, 2) using an air blower and 3) pouring in bleach water.... nothing seems to work.

Unfortunately, i loose visibility of the condensate drain line as it goes into the wall of the my HVAC closet and i dont know where it goes.
Not sure what to do, how to fix.... any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Those have a plastic looping drain line inside that is used for a p trap and should be looping downward and then back up to the drain exit. If that plastic drain line doesn't have standing water in it it could cause a gurgling sound. I have seen people trim those lines down so it is just a straight shot out of the unit getting rid of its intended purpose of being a p trap. Call out a qualified service tech and have them check that for you.
