If a company has fixed right the first time or it is free on the side of its van and tv ads and I have to call them back for the same problem that night, should it be free? If they ask me to pay should I?
I called them because my t Stat keeps going out. They said it was because I had condensation build up on sequencer. Door was leaking air. He put sealed up on paper work. Still having same problem. That depends on what they wrote on their invoicing. For example, if they fixed a refrigerant leak but now you're fan motor doesn't work, those would be two completely different problems. That is a simple example.
Ive heard alot of BS repairs in my life , but this might get the prize LOLI called them because my t Stat keeps going out. They said it was because I had condensation build up on sequencer. Door was leaking air. He put sealed up on paper work. Still having same problem.

Do you really want them back anyway?About two hrs after he left it went out.
Too bad it doesn't work that way. Sounds like they don't know what it is doing so they keep trying stuff. Each time they do it is one more thing that is probably is longer right but you won't know about it for a while. Eventually all these things come to a head and it is a mess to fix as so many things must be put right again, and the small ones are hard to catch.I think no but I called them because I was thinking after they fix it and it keeps doing it then it would be there problem.

transformer had 24 volts on one side the other side had between 8 and 5 volts. He grounded that side to the cabinet. So far it's still working. For what it is worth, you had good reason to worry.
Can you please tell us what the problem was, so any of us here will not make the same mistake.
