Had a problem with my SMAN3's. Got them on the phone and they asked me some questions, assuming filling out the paperwork. Guy said there's a box being shipped to me, just put them in and send them back. I figured I would be without for a couple of weeks - nope, they sent me a new set. They red labeled the new set to me.

It's really nice to hold customer service very high on the list within our own companies, but it's even nicer when we get that treatment from who we buy from.

+1 Went in today at the Anaheim location, floored me with the customer service, never ever have seen such GREAT customer service.

Made me fill out a information sheet with my basic info, while they were checking out my meters, took me 4 minutes from the time I entered and the time the Tech came back with my fixed units, at no charge!!!

I forever will be loyal to Fieldpiece, and for all of you on the fence, and or needing a meter, consider this in your purchase, they won't nickel and dime you on your warranty and or extended warranty in my case.

Been buying their product for the past 12-14 yrs or so, and this is the first time I needed some work done, and I have purchased many different unit over the years, and never needed repairs.

So I was ready for a charge, but very pleasant surprised when they shook my hand and wished me a good day.
