Looking for a new coat and tried on the warmest jacket I've ever had on but it was four bills

Wearing Carhartt for a while now and they seem to take the abuse but not so water tight.

no, my $50 fleece lined wranglers are warmer than my "tougher than an angry beaver" work pants.

dont get me wrong, they're nice but way too many layers of pockets on top of pockets on top of pockets........

Duluth Trading has quality stuff. The long-tail tee's are superb. Just got buck-naked underwear for Christmas (always been a brief guy) and they are great. I was bragging about how tough my Duluth Trading belt was on New Years Eve a couple years ago, and consented to letting my buddies hook up the ceiling winch to my belt and raise me up.

Carhart is good. Duluth Trading is good. LL Bean is good. They all stand behind their quality products.

Duluth has life time warranty. no question ask.
Funny you mentioned this. I was in there returning a unwanted gift and there was a guy ahead of me that must abuse that system. They all knew the guy by name and he was getting a little greif.
To me looked like he orders mail order wears the stuff a couple of days and returns it at the store lol

I had one of their "Lifetime" work belts, after about 8 months the stitching started coming apart on the belt. I contacted them and they wouldn't let me return the belt, even for an exchange. I took the belt to a shoe shop for repair, he showed me that the thread had rotted and he would have to stitch the entire belt, and it would be more than the original cost of the belt. I do like two other belts I got from them, previously, with metal tips, but they discontinued them. Needless to say I haven't been back.
