Daikin minisplit unit malfunctioning without displaying any error code

Hi, I've had this issue on a Daikin minisplit that I installed less then one year ago. The unit works flawless in cooling mode, but in heating mode it doesn't work as it should.
After switching from cooling to heating the 4 way valve changes position, and compressor builds up pressure to about 450psi, the the indoor fan should kick in within 1 to 4 minutes, it ramps up 1 sec and then start turning so slow you can't hear it anymore (fan works well in cooling and ventilation mode). I suppose the indoor Coil 20K ntc Thermistor must feel the heat to keep spinning, I will change it tomorrow, but if that's not the problem (I don't think they malfunction a lot) I have no more clue, has someone ever had a similar problem and what was the solution ?

With Daikin I find its usually a thermistor issue, assuming the blower wheel isnt trashed. Could also be a circuit board issue. I got the 'Daikin Mobile Monitoring Tool' which is like a diagnostic device that plugs into the outdoor board and bluetooths to your phone and gives you a ton of info. Ask your distributor about it theyll help you get set up and how to understand the readings. It will display error codes before the remote will display them, and you can see what component is bottlenecked, usally compressor is staged way down due to one of the thermistors being out of whack, theres a good 5 or 6 in the system

PROBLEM SOLVED, changed the outside unit, got back al functions, then took apart the unit that malfunctioned, the motor of the EEV had popped of it's valve, the cable was a little short and it was mounted with tension, so some vibration probably made it pop off
