CFM light on trane control board

What does the CFM light on a Trane Air Handler Control Board (CNT03600) indicate:

The CFM the control board is telling the ECM/Motor to run at?
The CFM the ECM is telling the motor to run at?
The CFM the motor is actually running at?

I mention the exact model I have because different manufacturers might do different things with the CFM light (if they even have one)?

My previous thread might have been removed because of DIY, but hopefully this question isn't considered DIY. Please excuse if it is.

Thanks,
Michael

I'll post them because it answers the question:

Compressor Model: 2TWR2036A1000A
Air Handler Model: TWE037E13FB1

However, I'm not sure I understand how it would depend on the programming. I guess my terminology was incorrect. I was confusing ECM with the control module. Perhaps if I rewrote the choices:

The CFM the control board is telling the ECM Motor to run at?
The CFM the control module is telling the motor to run at?
The CFM the motor is actually running at?

Doesn't the control board tell the ECM Motor what CFM is desired? Then the ECM Motor converts that CFM request into variable speed and torque so the CFM is constant?

I guess I'm confused as to how the blinking light could be programmed to report any one of the above items. My thinking is that it should only be one of them. Sorry if I'm not getting it...
