there are little issues but it looks a hell of a lot better than what you had

I hate to nit-pick but.... Needs a p-trap.
P-trap could be down inside return, blows my mind they can even run PVC pipe into the return,
code in Houston won't let you do that, that greenfield or bx cable will be rusted in a year "unless it's stainless" then what about the wire running through it?

What if its aluminum BX/greenfield. Will it still rust. :)

I would have just ran it in Sealtite and not would not have had to worry about.

Those Square D disconnects are reliable too

Not!!!!! I think they are designed for 1 time use, I refuse to turn one off, I go inside to the breaker panel

hard to tell from the pic. but it looks like you have air leaks were the copper goes into the air handler. Get cork tape or permagum to seal that up or you will have dirty air bypassing your filter.

Nice Install!!!

But!
I usually trap the A_coil condensate.
I always use a lineset cover (looks much nicer), instead of metal!
I usually use Ultra-Lite pads. If not, then cement pads. They look alike.

But, it's a nice install anyhow!

Nice install:)
there should be a trap or the blower will hold the water in the tray till it over flows. The secondary drain should also be ran out as it is intended for saftey.

In this type install if you primary drain clodgs then water will fall all over the filter and floor. Secondary will help avoid this.

Looks good though I am just being nit picky

How do you run a secondary drain out if the unit is in a closet in the middle of the home? Just wondering. :D

I guess if your determined enough you could run it into a pan somewhere with a pump, to pump
it into the attic and out. :D

Right along side the primary. It may never be needed but the one time it is would work out better then the cap it has now:)

Are you saying run the secondary into the same drain as the primary? if so what happens
if the drain the primary run into gets stopped up?

I dont think running an entire secondary drain line is necessary, but it shouldnt be left like it is, it needs a float switch, I like to use these on upflow applications, they work great
