they accidentaly shiped me the 1200 and even before i got it they contacted me told me of the mess up and ship the 1250 overnight. All i had to do is drop the 1200 with new shipping sticker off at the local UPS. Very good customer service to catch the error quickly and fix it.

TruTech is a safe site, (I can vouch for them as my father and Bill Spohn own it.) There are secure and unsecured sections of the site. When you enter information like your information and credit card information you will notice that the URL goes from an http to and https the (S) means you are going to a secure section of the site. In the secure section (like check out) the information you enter is encrypted so you are safe from hackers. In the case of trutech, they use third party processing for all transactions so credit card information is not stored on their computer. Your user name and password are also encrypted so they do not even know it. Many sites want to know where people have visted and what products they are looking at. They can easily track this through the nonsecure pages. TruTech is a large Testo vendor and a safe vendor to deal with online.

I have been swamped with a lot of projects. I am currently working on videos for Testo products on application, operation, an features. I have also been in Canada doing some training. It has been a busy summer.

I have been on the boards here a few times, but it is nice to be missed. :)

I would go low loss or ball valve. That way you don't burn your fingers. Isn't it required by the epa that you have some sort of low loss fitting? I could be wrong I cant remember...

-Mark
The US EPA requires low loss hoses on recovery machines.

There's no end to it.

Well I'm impressed. They called me twice. Once to make sure it was me that placed the order and verify the mailing address and once again to thank me and let me know it's been shipped and if I have problems to call them.

I thought to myself- "Who are these Guys" ??
