Payson, come on man!

Are you trying to argue on every thread?

This thread is not about installing an old goodman desert series unit, its about installing a new goodman system in thier personal home.

Twilli thinks Payson mad cause he found out Robo might be his dad:eek:
My mom isn't THAT dumb!
Doubt he's old enough anyway.

OLD desert series? They are still the same units today! Just a few MINOR changes to the louvers (which still rattle a lot!)

I'd NOT install a Goodman in my own home. I'd probably not install a Trane either. Maybe a Rheem with the L-Shaped access panel and quiet operation from the tried and true design.

I've only been on this site for maybe 2 months. I'll apply for pro membership soon. I haven't really looked yet to see what I need to do.
If you stop to read any other of the threads on this site......you know....like the other 1.5 million Goodman threads....you might see what it takes to become a pro member.....hell, beachy has been on here for 2 months and has over 500 posts.....:p.....besides....for all I know I am talking to a homeowner looking for some DIY.....

but theres a difference when it come to air conditioners? you speak out of both sides of your mouth. you running for office?
HE HE HE HE :D:D

Builders grade equipment of the worst caliber.

Yes it's on Brittmore, and way back in 92 our company had its office right next door. One day INS (now ICE) executed a raid on that place and you should have seen the little critters jumping the fences trying to get away:D
What exactly is the definition of "builder's grade"???? As stated in one of my first posts....the Bryant I took out of my house last weekend.....was builder's grade...it was put it when I built the house.

I think all them Goodman lovers who think they are so reliable and quiet need to come take a vacation in Phoenix and stay in a home with a Goodman Desert Series Heat Pump!

Then see if their skills are as fine tuned as mine when it's time to go shut that fackin' thing up so they can sleep at night!

Like someone said, we've had customer's have us come check out their chain saw sounding Goodman because their neighbor was complaining!
And that hasn't happened just one time. But several times.
If you live in a desert, which the hp was designed for, you shouldn't have any fricken neighbors to complain about noise or anything else....:p
