The Pittsburgh PrideFest will hold its 30th annual march today, and gay-rights activist Edward Dice will be marching in it, as usual.
Dice, who with his partner cofounded Persad Center as a mental health center for gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgendered people in western Pennsylvania more than 30 years ago, says he will see gay friends there -- not marching, but anonymously waving from the sidelines, as usual.
In this city that serves as the setting for Showtime's television show "Queer as Folk" -- which is filmed in Toronto -- Dice sees a gay populace that has blazed a trail into the regional political sphere but still is willing to accept "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" as a mantra.
Branden Dudek, 22, agrees.
Unfortunately I can't argue with that one....rob10 said:The Steelers must wear pantyhose because they sure looked a bunch of girlie wimps last year!!
I didn't think so.Diceman said:Unfortunately I can't argue with that one....RoBoTeq said:Well, there doesn't seem to be any arguing with this;

I'd rather swim with the little fishies than catch them. Damn you fishermen!!!!!rookie903 said:What is the best method for fishing right after a rainstorm. I like to put a small treble hook on, with a split shot about 18 inches up. I throw it in the water, sit down and drink and talk for a while. I put on a new worm every few hours. THIS IS THE BEST METHOD. Wanna argue about it?
Well, that's hard to argue with.rookie903 said:You can still swim with most of them. I don't go fishing very often, and when I do it strictly catch and release (after photos.)
Very true. It's like if Diceman puts his name on anything or any subject the posts go on and on and on and usually have very little to do with whatever. Opps, sorry- used the work little & I see his 9mm thread is still going.itsamine said:Stupid stupid thread![]()

Perhaps the longevity of Diceman’s notations could be attributed to his intrinsic ability to hone in on the psychological and physiological temperament of the thermodynamic practitioners that gather here. Or maybe not.
