I need to decide which AC disconnect box to install and I was wondering if there's any specific ones (or just specific brand at least) that you HVAC techs prefer to work with. Seems like there's quite a few different brands and ways they work and I've read a bunch of Reddit posts from techs complaining about them but haven't been able to find any good recommendations for which one to go with. Would plastic or metal be better? Is a pull out style better or a switch/breaker style better?
