I have a XV90 trane furnace and I'm trying to hook up the A/C wiring correctly. It looks like all i need to do is connect the orange and yellow wires to their corresponding letters but what about the black wire? Is it the same as the brown wire already there? Also the O spot on thermostat already has a white wire in it.

It's a furnace. You don't need orange...and why don't you tell us what the other side of the black is connected to...

BK on your AHU is a communicating wire that goes to a communicating t-stat. Which you don't have.

Consult your Trane Tech support rep.

I just lets the furnace know if a heat pump is in heat or cool mode,
