Where is the appropriate place on this site for me to get a quick response to the following question: Based on the attached image, for a 3.5 Ton Goodman R22 10 Seer heat pump (circa 2006), with about 20 degree split indoors (register 58/return 78) at time of photo, and larger return copper pipe outside quite cool to touch but not icing up (80 degrees F outside), and the JB attached blue side large copper line, red side smaller copper line, both JB valves open, system running at least 20 minutes before and during this picture, is there any way to tell whether the amount of freon is low/good/high? It was icing up inside, some R22 was added, this is after all that. Handler is 3.5 ton much older circa 1979, new drain pan. Many thanks.
