I've been emailing and calling the number and email on digicools website for weeks now trying to get ahold of them! Ive read post after post on here saying good things about the customer service but I've never not been able to even reach a company before. I seriously dont get it. I've left voicemails, tried emailing them again. its been 3 weeks now. Anybody have any info?
