Thanks!! I guess that's why the installers were not concerned. They did upgrade the software for the SYSTXBBECC01-B thermostat to 4.31. They ran into problems with 'air conditioning check run time'. The stage was stuck at #1. They replaced the thermostat but same thing. However when the temperature got above 43F the stage was stuck on 4. When running the checkup there was an error code 68 '10 minute stage 2 warmup delay'. They're talking to tech support but so far no solution.
