How long has this walk-in box and it's condensing unit been installed and operating at the present location?

Has this walk-in ever maintained -10º F. in the past?

What is the height difference between the evaporator and the condenser coil?

And which of the two coils is higher?

Please list the condensing unit model number, the compressor model number, and the evaporator model number.

Hello Guys,

I have a question on my walk in freezer why I cant achieve the - 10 box temp.? What would be the perfect subcool and superheat? And my evap coil is freezing after 1 hr at 30F deep?

Is my freon charge is correct?

Details:
Suction line: 12-10 psig
Discharge line: 250-270 psig

Please help Im frustrated with my walk in gor almost 7 days until now I cant solve the problem.
