We recently pulled a used Vykon Jace-8000 out of a job we had done and installed a FX-80. I teach a class at a local union apprenticeship school and was going to use the Vykon for training. I had to wipe the jace clean as i had no login info for it but in the process it deleted the original 4.3 licence. I only have access to the JCI FX licencing, can anyone get me the original licence or a 4.8?

If you setup the JACE on a network with access to the Internet, and you have Workbench, you can connect to the platform and retrieve the license file from the database online.
PS: The JACE's SMA expired 11/18/2017, so unless you pay for an update you're stuck with 4.3.

You can also email Vykon or your distributor and they should be able to email you the license.

A recent enhancement to Niagara Licensing enables users to view licenses outside their supply chain. Users with 'License" permissions read/readX can search for a HOST ID and click the link to view license details.

This as of January 2019.

Put your laptop running N4 on line connect to the jace and choose import in the license manager. It will use your laptops connection to pull the license
