Haven't looked at very many taylor machines. Last week customer said unit was short cycling, couldn't tell what was running though. Started up machine, they leave it in standby, put in auto and verified siphon tubes were in right, machine worked great, no short cycling, perfect ice cream. One week later they find both barrels were frozen, not dispensing ice cream. I put machine together and ran mix through it, the right side doesn't shut off and the left side doesn't cycle consistently. I am not sure what all the temp controls are for. there are two in the control panel, and one on the left side. I thought the two were for standby and the other was for the separate holding tank temp. I am leaning towards replace the solid state temp controls, but want other ideas or opinions. thank you in advanced
