I've got a bad output module (#PTM6.20250-M) on a MEC. Both Normally Open contacts are stuck closed, even when I use the Hand-Off-Auto.
Question: If I command both digital outputs off, can I hot-swap the module without having to shut down the MEC?
I know shutting down is best, but I'd rather not as this is a critical system.
These I/O modules remind me of the Staefa RS I/O modules. We were able to hot-swap them with no problems.
