Hi all,
I was wondering what everyone's procedures are diagnosing and repair when it's busy season. I find I'm usually overbooked and have only one hour per call in a day which doesn't leave very much time for repairs.
Do you get allotted time at your place?
Do you typically diagnose and repair on the spot?
I've been at the service game 5 years now and with all the new equipment issues occurring am I the only one who thinks there's just not enough time in the day to diagnose and repair?
