I find quite a few of these too. Spikes the CO on the analyzer when they plug.

Haven't had to jump through hoops to get new secondary hx's though, distributor just sends one out when we tell them it failed.

I guess I never ask for labor if they don't have any extended warranty. Just let the customer pay labor.
