At my local UR today, trying to get some replacement service valve caps for a inverter mini split condenser, the counter guy told me that he couldn't get them because they didn't deal with Sanyo anymore.
Now i know Panasonic acquired the entire company but had no idea of the ramifications of this up until now. i found some info on the discontinuation of their through the wall units but what about the other products like the Multi-flexi units (this especially sucks since i just put two of these units in my first home
).
this is really disheartening, i really found the sanyo units to be extremely solid and well built where as LG and Fujitsu really seem cheap and plastic-y :.02:. i'm actually kinda depressed over hearing this.....
