Make sure the equipment is integrated properly into the gateway.
Make sure the equipment doesn’t have errors active. I’ve had that be an issue in the past.
Also had the device ID change itself within the gateway.
What size wire was used between the equipment and gateway? Should be 16/2 shielded.

I was going to post that next, I’ve had poll rate issues. How often are you polling now?

A lot of reps don’t know a lot, or are hurrying to get away from the job as quickly as possible after commissioning. It’s not unfortunate.
Samsung will tell you they aren’t pleased with the gateway. It’s supposed to be getting updated with something new.
I know a lot of customers complain about them. And the points structure is very limited. One of my customers wants discharge air temperature mapped into the graphic but the gateway doesn’t support that point. Even though the SNet service software clearly shows the information.
