guys, what programs are out there to train guys? We have a new tech who is wet behind the ears and needs to know and understand the basics before getting into the technical equipment. If you don’t know or understand why something is the way it is or why it failed you are just a parts changer so we are trying to change this.
I checked into the RSES training and they recommended the R/AC training modules. Anyone here have experience with this program? Know of any other kind of training that is good? Our wonderful state of PA has an awful training program, it is all about putting in your time to get your license. We are not union so we do not have access to the union school in Phila.
