Just had my HVAC system replaced in the attic and I had new insulation blown in over the older stuff. I opted for the rgf reme halo because I wanted to be sure we'd have purified air throughout the whole house. It's been a few weeks since install and the upstairs smells musty/old.. One HVAC tech after about a week said it seemed like it may be the smell from the new blown in dry newspaper stuff since the particulates were still floating around and that it should go away soon.
Well it's been a couple more weeks and we still have the smell.
