Reme Halo LED vs ActivePure in duct Air Scrubber - Thoughts ? Issues noted?

I am about get my RGF Guardian unit replaced in my upstairs unit. One dealer sells / pushes Remo Halo LED, and another the Air scrubber. Both sites, as usual, have a bunch of fluff, but little details. Both appear to operate off of the same principles. One claims a lot of studies, but doesnt cite the studies. quick pubmed search does not show anything


Any thoughts on these? Any issues the pro's have noticed with the units themselves?

All electronic IAQs are fluff. There is no real world evidence to back up their claims. No one device will clean your air.

Seal and insulate your home and duct work, use good filtration, bring in fresh air on schedule, and maintain correct airflow.
