I am from Siberian part of Russia.
I have a problem with Goodman.
We installed air handler Goodman AR with HKR-20C supllementary heater +heat pump CPKF-60 and thermostat ClimateMater ATP21U01.
When I tried to run "fan auto"+"electric heat" on the thermostat, it did not turn on fan, also it turn supllementary heater without fan, if I tried to switch to "fan on" on the thermostat, fan is work. Later I replaced sequencer relay (although it worked), but nothing happened .Then I checked thermostat, it also worked, then I replace heater HKR-20C, and installed HKR-05C instead HKR-20C ,and everything became work.
I understand that the cause is a 24V to the fan relay, but where the signal disappear i can't understand.
Also I replaced the electronic board in the AR but nothing happened too.
