It is regrettable that retailers represent complicated and potentially hazardous HVAC installations as a simple DIY task. There’s a lot that can go wrong.

 

These kind of posts amaze me. You've given us no usable information, even if we were allowed to help you we couldn't.

What's the model number of the unit?
What exact codes are you getting? Is it 3 or 4 blinks?
It makes a difference. Did you look in the manual?
Did you install it yourself? Did you use the proper flaring tool? Torque the flares to spec? Pull a vacuum? Etc.

It looks like you'll have to wait until their tech support is open and try them.
