Pocket protector

I always used to use pocket protectors. It was very handy to just grab it in the morning, stick it in my pocket, and presto, you're locked and loaded. Never thought it as being gay!!! Hard to find any decent ones anymore. I used to get them with the Snappy Logo on them. Now I just put my marker, pen, pencil, Fluke voltage detector etc. in my pocket and then fish around for them!!!!
I honestly think though the Gibby the Whitehouse Press Dude needs one in his front pocket. NERD NERD NERD NERD !!!!

tool-slinger,

Service calls submitted after 3PM will be posted the next business day.

I give free estimates, and they are an estimation. I can estimate anything free of charge. I am happy to give free estimates.
Quotes, on the other hand, are a professional service requiring my research diligence and expertise to arrive at a contractual obligation I am committed to. Quotes are not free.

would it be ok if i borrowed this? it sounds like it may be able to save me a conserable amount of 2am service calls/headaches

Sure! This is standard policy at banks, they use it all the time. I don't own it, but I do like it so I adapted it. WORKS FOR ME!!!!!

I use to not use them cause I thought they were really nerdy, but after I ruined the second uniform shirt with pens leaking out in my pocket, i nearly always use one now. Plus, it keeps the pocket screwdriver from posking hole in the pockets and keeps my pad pens and what not all together so i just change from shirt to shirt.

prettty nerdy huh? But I like to see my guys show up on a job with nice clean uniform shirt(they better not be clean at the end of the day). I just think it looks professional for us to be in uniform and clean faces. I know, I know.. I don't want everyone with facial hair or long hair to jump my but here.!!!!!! I have worked guys with long hair, and just got over it if they were good techs and kept it clean and taken care of. The same with the facial hair, dealt with it if they kept it trimmed and combed(looking maintained). It is so hard to find good help that i sure would not show someone the door for this if they were a good tech and took care of customers. But i still prefer the clean face and short cut hair. guess that makes me a pocket protector kinda guy. LOL

Understood. And certainly good advice. I just personally have a tad more elbow room here. My workshirts are Wrangler, shaving is optional. If I was younger, I might let my hair go too, but I figure the curls are not working for me at 45 so I get it gone.

But if I can poke a stick in your eye buddy, Yea, you are a nerd, hehehehhehehe!!!!
