Was hoping someone could help me. Been having this issue on and off for years.
Situation:
PCT on either a laptop or server
FX60 running AX 3.8 with 2 JCI PCG's and multiple JCI VAV boxes attached to each trunk (2 trunks)
I use the router function of PCT (currently running 10.3) and point it at the connected JACE, put in the network number and hit connect.
Discover works, I see the AHU PCG, but I can't connect to it. It gives me the error below. I can see and connect and enter commisioning on the other PCG that runs the Heat Exchangers.
On the 2nd MSTP trunk (installed at a later date for the 2nd phase of the project) I can connect to both the 2nd phase AHU and the 2nd phase HX controller PCG's.
I have see this error on other PCG's on my network. The next check is to drag the laptop up on the roof and try and connect directly to it with the bluetooth tool. I am at my wits end with this nonsense, if anyone can tell me what I'm doing wrong it would be greatly appreciated.
BTW - I'm doing this because it seems once again that installing Controls contractors programmed these PCG's without states in them, so the PID loops never shut off. If someone can send me a CAF file I can open that utilizes states correctly I would appreciate it!
