Looking at the manual, I am not seeing upper or lower temperature set-points as possible configuration parameters for this model of thermostat.

Thank you, as I have said there are codes for this device not posted in the owners guide so I am hopeful there are unpublished codes known to someone to definitely answer my question.

There are no hidden or secret configurations on this thermostat. Just enter configuration mode and arrow up through the possible parameters, if the parameters that you feel are not listed are there, then so be it, if not, I can say for certainty that they were not available on that specific model.
