Get called out to an RTU unit. Was expecting a rooftop unit, but not a third floor monkey scramble up rickety scaffolding. Unit was smashed against a wall, exhaust hood screwed against building wall, stucco corroded and falling off wall from flue moisture, inside of neighboring disconnect totally destroyed internally from moisture, unit painted and all placards covered, service panels are suicidal.
I am too old to be playing around on garbage like this. Advised condo owner of everything that needs to be done...yep, got that face.....:eek2:
I was politely told that my services were no longer needed and her grandson who installed this unit, will be back in town next week.
She signed off on my laundry list of things to do, collected a check, and was on my way to a bigger fish to fry....the inducer was shot on this thing...go figure
