Had back to back Chinese restaurants
First had a ice machine dumping water right on the floor and spills to a floor drain in front of the machine so you stand in a puddle of water around the machine. There was a two wire Christmas extension cord with the plug flipped 180° and looking right at the ground prong

Next was this one with this sink countertop with makeshift hose sprayer WTF!

Nice GFCI lol. I hate to sound like a racist here, but in NY it was pretty common practice for Asians to ONLY use Asian contractors. Actually I guess that's pretty common for most immigrants. They got the work done INCREDIBLY fast & cheap. The problem was they didn't know code to save their (or their customers) lives. You get what you pay for. Scary.
