Here is my tool belt. I've had this tool belt sense I got in the trade 15 years ago. It was nice new shiny leather 15 years ago. Now it's just a piece of crap. Their are holes in the side pockets, tools keep falling out the bottom. As you can see in the second picture it don't hold hardly anything. All the other techs make fun of me for my raggedy tool bag.

A new Veto tool bag would change my life. No more lost tools, everything would be organized, and I would be more productive with less trips to the truck for tools, I would be able to find what I need in an instant. The other techs would quit laughing at me and would be invious of my shiny new Veto tool bag.

don't have a bag, use a pouch that has served me well. It's a malco TP-3, only the 2nd i've had,and i've been around almost as long as Roy. On spreading out the collection, i see my apprentice has misplaced several items. although it's on a belt, it's way to heavy to carry comfortably. It does seem to fit in a bucket nicely, which was free, and the bucket holds all the miscellany stuff i tend to accumilate, and serves as a seat to rest my weary bones. A 2 wheeler with pneumatic tires completes the ensemble.
If I win the bag, I'd be able to reduce my tool expenses, due to the better organization of the Veto

You my friend are good, you managed to fit 25 lbs. in a 5 lb. bag. Very impressive; I'm going to see how much more crap I can stuff into my tool belt. Do you want to have a contest?

pic. 1) My bag
pic. 2) The enormus pile of stuff that has been hiding in there
pic. 3) The pile of stuff that did not go back in.
pic. 4) My core hand tools that go in my bag

I've admired the Veto bags for a while now. Just a bit pricey for me right now. A new Veto bag could sure help my tool organizing skills. :eek2:

I had that problem with that clc bag just not that bad :eek2:

Mine tore out the bottom like a trap door. The bag would eat stuff and vanish through the bottom compartment.

Did you lose it all one day with that patched strap and are the spikes poking through the bottom yet

Here a pics of my Veto XL. Just to note I attached my Makita impact and Fieldpiece meter to the outside for easy access. I also keep 1/4 nutdriver, 5/8 nutdriver and a small set of "channellocks" in outside pockets.

Check out the colored zipper pulls I added after I kept opening the wrong zippers all the time. After using the colored pulls for a few weeks the brain automatically relates that color with the tool you need and you always open the right zipper.
