Got my new service truck decalled up with a new scheme.
We went a little wild on this one and used a lot of reflective vinyl. All of the black vinyl, flames and icicles are done in reflective and light up like a neon sign at night.

Thats a sweet pick-up, you can see my truck in the background, but i am getting close to needing a new one.

Nice Ride, good to see nice looking service trucks on the road...nothing more repulsive to me than a rusted out worn out van. Definitely good to catch attention on the road. Do you ever wonder if flashy graphics actually make a customer worry about overpricing of your service? After all, somebody paid for it right?

I use photobucket.com, when you upload your pics there are different codes below each pic, you click once on the html box and it automatically copies the proper code.

Nice, I wish I could see the night-time effect

I know what you mean and we definitely used to worry about flashy trucks. When i bought my last truck we were fairly concerned with what people may think, (newer 4x4 extended cab, leather interior blah blah) We actually got a few "its about time you guys started getting some nice vehicles" and a lot of simple "nice truck" comments from customers.
When i got this one, the first time i took it out to one of our biggest customers i was pretty nervous because this one is optioned right out, (leather, navigation, front and rear dvd etc etc)
He spent about 15 minutes in my truck checking out all the new toys and chatting about what he was looking for in his next truck lol

We had trucks at one time that we completely covered with clouds and blue sky. Almost everyone in our service area knew who we were. They were fully wrapped. Now we 1/4 inch thick laser cut steel signs bolted on the doors. Then we have stickers with our vital info. They are pretty cool. They give the 3d effect. I get good comments all the time.

It's definitely tight (5 1/2 foot box) but i have a roll out deck in the back with some checkerplate aluminum dividers that works quite nicely. I dont have to crawl inside for anything so you can stack it pretty tight. I will try to snap some pics of the setup soon. I definitely wouldnt want to go any smaller.

Looks good, did you get it done locally or did you come into Winnipeg to get it done?

I have seen some of the smaller companies spending the money to make their trucks stand out from the crowd.

cant find my damn camera so this is a cell phone pic with a flashlight lol, kinda crappybut you will get the idea

I had it done by Classic Signs in Winkler, unfortunately he just sold his business so i will probably have to find someone else to do it. It is going to be hard to find someone to do the job he did, we have tried many people and this was by far the cleanest looking job we have ever had.
