I just had a brand new Goodman 3 ton R-410 system installed. I replaced an old R-22 system. It seems to be running constantly and not cooling well. I called back the installer to check it out. He said all pressures were fine and the system is working like it was designed to do. The temperature at the air filter going in is 80 degrees. The temperature coming out of the ceiling duct is only 72 degrees. Shouldn't it be in the mid 60's? Any help would be appreciated.

Were both the indoor and outdoor unit changed, or just the outdoor unit.

Outside compressor and inside unit were both changed. I have always heard the there should be a 15-20 degree drop between incoming air and outgoing air. Is this correct?
